Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent image drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
